I’m not sure about you, but a visit to the pumpkin patch in the fall is a must! It sure to get me in the fall spirit. I come home and immediately start placing pumpkins around the house to decorate. Now to queue some movies for a cozy night inside with some warm apple cider. Ready to watch Halloweentown anyone? You’re never too old for a good Halloween movie!
My good friend Katelyn and I recently visited our local pumpkin patch, Gordon Skagit Farms in Mount Vernon, Washington for a photoshoot. We made our way through the beautifully displayed pumpkins, hand painted signs and old wood barns. The mixture of vibrant fall leaves and the pops of color from pumpkins created the perfect background for fall photos. If you’re thinking of planning a fall photo session, I highly recommend it. I actually shared another blog post about fall photo ideas recently where I gave inspiration for outfits, locations and props to help guide your photoshoot planning that you can check out.
